Who we are
Publishers With Us (“Publishers With Us”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data collected on publisherswithus.com. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
This policy serves as the information notice under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR for users in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, as the disclosure under Article 10 KVKK for users in Türkiye, and as the notice at collection under US state privacy laws.

The required fields (name, organization, email) are needed to schedule the meeting; without them we cannot schedule it. We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not include health, religious, ethnic or similar information in the notes field. We do not record meetings.

International transfers
Publishers With Us operates from Türkiye. Your data is processed in Türkiye and by the service providers listed above, some of which are located outside your country.
- GDPR: Transfers to Google LLC rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Other transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised under Chapter V GDPR.
- KVKK: Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 KVKK.
How long we keep data

When the retention period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
Your rights: EU, EEA and UK
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing (in particular processing based on legitimate interests). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Your rights: Türkiye
Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request its rectification, erasure or destruction and the notification of these actions to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
We conclude your request free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Your rights: United States
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, you have the right to know and access the personal information we collect about you, to request its correction and deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, no separate opt-out is needed. You may submit a request through an authorised agent; we may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
